However, everyone's skin is unique and we cannot be held responsible if an end user's skin or scalp is intolerant to any of the listed ingredients, or if a product does not deliver the expected results for a particular individual.

All our formulas conform to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products. Please ensure that end users follow the 'Instructions for Best Results' included with each order.

Please be aware that some products may require up to 8 weeks of daily or twice-daily use before an improvement in skin, scalp or hair condition is visible. DEFINITIONS "New Dawn" refers to New Dawn Organic Skin and Hair Care Limited, whose registered office is at 49a West Street, Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, SA65 9AD. Company Registration 07975299.

"Website" refers to any website owned and operated by New Dawn, including but not limited to www.newdawnorganicskinandhaircare.co.uk and www.newdawnwholesale.co.uk.

"Net order value" is the total value of an order after deduction of any discounts, deals or special offers, but before deduction of any vouchers issued by New Dawn.

"Trade customer" or "wholesale customer" refers to a business purchasing goods from New Dawn for resale or commercial use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. No variation shall apply unless agreed in writing by New Dawn. Orders can only be accepted from trade customers who are 18 years of age or older and are purchasing on behalf of a registered business. New Dawn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed by a customer who does not meet these criteria. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PAYMENT Payment for goods may be made by major credit or debit card, PayPal, or BACS/bank transfer. For telephone or email orders, please contact us to arrange payment. In the event of payment being declined or delayed by your card issuer or bank, New Dawn shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

DELIVERY — UK MAINLAND Orders are generally despatched within 5 working days via carrier or Royal Mail 1st Class. During busy periods, or for large or custom label orders, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER Trade customers wishing to cancel an order must do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned to 49a West Street, Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, SA65 9AD in their original packaging and condition. New Dawn accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit during return, and strongly recommends the use of a tracked or recorded delivery service. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods in saleable condition. Carriage charges are non-refundable.

RETURN OF GOODS New Dawn will refund any products provided that:

  • They were purchased directly from us within the last 14 days.
  • They are returned in their original, unopened and resaleable condition.
  • They are returned with the original invoice.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Carriage charges are non-refundable.
