Can I have my own logo/company name on the products I buy from you?

Yes, no problem. This service is available on all sizes except 25ml, 15g and 20g. Just select ‘Your Own’ from the ‘Logo’ drop down menu on the relevant product page. Please send your logo/company name the same day in jpeg format attached to an email sent to the address below. Your branding will be placed on the label in the best position depending on size and shape. Our sun logo will not be on the label but our contact details have to be.

How does your refill service work?

Select 'I will send my clean container to be refilled' on the individual product. This option is available on all the 1 Litre and 5 Litre containers.

We will email you with our address along with all the instructions you’ll need.

You send us/drop off your clean and dry New Dawn containers along with your company name and order number so we can match them to your order.

We will refill and send the containers back to you plus a voucher for £5 off your next order over £100.

What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order. Simply register your business at checkout.

How much is your delivery charge?

Delivery is free on orders over £100 and £10.00 on orders under £100.

Can I buy in bulk and decant into my own containers?

Yes, no problem. We can provide ingredients lists and any other information you may require.

Can I resell your products?

Yes, whether you’re a guest house owner or retailer you can resell our products. If you select the custom packaging option there are certain details we will legally have to include on your labels. Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?

Yes, all our Solid Soap/Shampoo bars are packaged in 100% compostable packaging.

Our 250ml bottles are easy to refill and made from 100% recycled 'Prevented Ocean Plastic'. So every time you purchase you are preventing plastic from reaching our oceans.

Our 1 Litre and 5 Litre containers are made from recycled plastic and are refillable too (see below).

 

Do you use sulphates/SLS, parabens, GM ingredients, perfume, colours or propylene glycol?

No, definitely not.

How do I store your products?

We recommend that you store all products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. We suggest that you keep the products in the original packaging that we send them to you in when not in use or on display.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The ‘best before’ date is for 12 months after manufacture but they will keep for many months beyond this date if stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

I am new to providing organic guest amenities. Can you offer me any advice?

Yes, we have been providing guest toiletries since 2003 so we are able to advise as to the most popular aromas with guests, the most economical and eco-friendly products, in fact we think we can answer any queries you might have.

Do you provide information leaflets?

Yes, you can order these by selecting ‘yes’ on the ‘Free Info Leaflets’ drop down on each product listing.

Can you send me some free samples please?

Not free ones sorry, but single sample sizes are available on our retail website. Just email us with your business website address if you’d like a 50% discount code for your business.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

All the products on this website are suitable for vegans except our Rich Creams that contain organic beeswax.

Are you registered for VAT and do your prices include VAT?

We are registered for VAT. The prices displayed do not include VAT, this will be added during checkout.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products, in our experience, are very well tolerated by people with sensitive skin, however everyone is different and it is impossible to say whether products are suitable for everyone due to individual allergies.

Do you make the products yourself?

Yes, we make all the products on our Wholesale website ourselves by hand, in our Pembrokeshire workshop in Wales, UK.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we are strictly against animal testing.

Can you make me my own custom products?

Unfortunately not, sorry.

Can I sell your products online, at Craft Fayres or other events?

We are happy for you to sell any product you order from us on your own online platform and at events. We only ask that you sell them at our recommended retail prices or above. We can provide you with any images that you may need to advertise the products, simply contact us and we will send the pictures over to you. They sell very well at events or parties if customers are allowed to sample the aromas of the soaps and rub a little Lemongrass Cream into their hands.

Do you sell wholesale outside the UK?

It is with regret that we have taken the decision, due to conditions required post Brexit to focus on the UK market only for wholesale customers. This ensures we have extra capacity to serve our UK customers more quickly. The UK excludes Northern Ireland, due to their requirement for cosmetic products to be listed on the EU CPNP.

I am a party planner, can I sell your products?

Yes, as we offer our products at wholesale prices they are perfect for you to purchase to sell at soap parties, or alongside other goods you may sell in this way. They sell very well in this way if customers are allowed to sample the aromas of the soaps and rub a little Lemongrass Cream into their hands.

Can I sell your products for fundraising purposes?

Yes, we sell to schools, colleges, community groups, university study projects and many more organisations. We are always happy to provide products for you to sell on to make a profit for a charity or CIC. If you need any advice on pricing or displays please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be glad to help.

I am new to selling toiletries. Can you give me any advice?

We are more than happy to assist you if you feel you need any help or advice regarding selling our products. Do you provide display stands and point of sale material?

Some of our customers prefer to display our products the way they want to, on their existing shelving to fit in with the design of their shop. We can supply free information leaflets together with dispensers, POS signs, and display stands for our soaps. Are your soap loaves easy to cut?

Yes they are very easy to cut with a straight edge large kitchen knife. It is just like cutting cheese!

To get an equal amount of uniform bars from our soap loaves we recommend that you use a ruler to mark out 2cm spaces along the top of the loaf. Simply line up your knife and cut downwards, as straight as you can. Using this formula, you will get 5 good sized bars out of a 400g loaf, or 20/21 out of a 1700g loaf, with each bar weighing around 80g.
