Refund policy

New Dawn will refund any products if:

1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 14 days.
2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and re-saleable condition.
3. They are returned with your original invoice.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to New Dawn. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid.
